His experience is broad…providing telephone technical support for a large software company, functioning as a technology director for a multi-site non-profit, providing corporate training to network professionals, and managing a consulting company. Scott has designed and installed campus networks, helped numerous small businesses successfully embrace technology, worked as a technical trainer, written custom software, and consulted with large companies helping them design solutions to solve complex business challenges. He has spent the last several years building a team that has become Liberty Tech. Scott and his wife, Gail, are the proud parents of 8 children. They enjoy homeschooling and spending time with friends and family.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it Les Rowe is Liberty Tech's Manager of Technical Services and is responsible for ensuring your technical needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner. His career in the IT industry started in 1975 where he maintained flight simulators for the US Navy. Since then Les has worked in the IT departments for the petroleum, CAD/CAM, human services and casino industries. His last fourteen years have been in IT Management and his technical skills and commitment to exceptional customer service is a perfect fit to Liberty Tech's mission. Les attributes Liberty Tech's unique commitment to customer relationships and exceptional service as the driving factors in his choice to lead their technical services team. Les has been married to his wife Lise for almost 30 years. They are the proud parents of one daughter, two sons and four grandchildren. Les spends his free time playing golf with his family and friends and also bow hunting for deer and turkey.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it Brent Miller got his start in IT as an Operations Specialist in the United States Coast Guard. He now has over 14 years of experience in IT which includes: Technician and supervisor in the Coast Guard, Systems Administrator at MCI Worldcom, Assistant Director of IT at a local private college, he has owned his own consulting business, and was the IT Manager at a $40 million company in southwest Missouri. He has worked very extensively with networks in Windows environments and virtually every IT area that small to medium businesses encounter. Brent is a Springfield native and has been married to his lovely wife Nichole since 1992. They have four sons: Dalton, Collin, Mason, and Jackson. Brent and his family are very active in their church and they love spending time together participating in their favorite activities which include shooting, camping, and weekend trips to Branson.

He began his career working on mainframe systems in banks, municipal governments, manufacturers and insurance companies where system availability is critical. After moving to Northern California he worked in the Insurance industry as Technical and Operations manager, designing data centers, upgrading networks and merging newly acquired companies into the networks. He is Microsoft certified as well as holding a certificate in IT management. He is currently completing preparation for Cisco certification. He is the father of 10 children (Scott being one), and a proud grandfather. He enjoys Ham radio and biking.
	Jordan Rowe Apprentice Technician, Web Developer This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Jordan Rowe is a recent graduate of Southwest Baptist University where he received his Bachelors in Computer Information Sciences. During his college experience he was a NCAA track athlete and captain. Jordan was recently wed to his wonderful fiancé, now wife, Tiffany Rowe on January 1st, 2011 and they are working together on paying student loans and saving for a honeymoon. His relevant job experience includes installing and maintaining security systems, providing music solutions to dances, weddings and other events, entry web development, slot technician at Downstream Casino and also a officer candidate of OCS for the United States Marine Corps. Jordan is currently studying for certification as a Microsoft Certified IT Professional.

He is currently an honors student at Missouri State University working towards a degree in IT Service Management. He is also an accomplished pianist, and is working on a minor in music while attending school. Benjamin is currently helping Liberty Tech as an apprentice and also with clerical work to help the business run more efficiently.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it Lisa Sell, Office Administrator for Liberty Technical Solutions, has been on the Administrative side of the Information Technology field for over 14 years. Starting as an office assistant, she took on new tasks as challenges to conquer, and her opportunities to grow have given her the experience to handle the broad responsibilities she takes on now. She has the fortunate opportunity to work remotely from her home in California. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their 3 children, Destiny (8), Amaya (6), and Christian (3), and kickboxing.
	Hannah Jones Office Assistant Hannah keeps the Marshfield office running smoothly. She works part time answering phones, keeping the office tidy, processing the mail, and keeping the coffee pot full. In her spare time she enjoys home schooling, playing the violin, writing, and spending time with her family.
