We're Qualified

Our network administrators are highly qualified to support our customers. We have extensive experience in business management and Information Technology (IT) support. All of our network administrators have served as IT Managers for large companies. Our network administrators have certifications from industry leaders such as Microsoft, VMware, Hewlett Packard, Dell, and Novell.

Members of our staff hold federal security clearances. We also have a Certified HIPAA Security Officer on staff.

We're Professional

Over the years we've learned from our customers that they want their consultant to function as their in-house IT department. We've learned that we can best meet that need by providing each customer with a dedicated network administrator. The customer works with that network administrator all of the time. The network administrator draws resources from the rest of the team, as needed, but the customer always works with the same person. This ensures consistency in support and a level of proactivity that would otherwise not be attainable.

Our team of network administrators have a dynamic relationship. We dialogue together about customer issues, frequently arriving at a synergistic solution to customer needs.

We're Forward-Thinking

Our training model is also unique. We hire promising young talent and invest in their technical and professional development. Our apprentice technicians study under a network administrator until they graduate to full network administrators. In the apprentice role they are able to learn our customers and our technologies in a way that ensures that they and the customers are properly served.
