My company, Accounting, Tax, and Management Services (ATMS) has been using Liberty Technical Solutions for over a year now for numerous different technical problems.

When we first contacted them after one of my associates saw one of their members, Les Rowe at a meeting, I knew from the first that they were the company that could provide any and all services that I might need.

Our immediate need was a computer problem on our server. It was immediately addressed and fixed promptly. We also had some phone problems at the same time and Liberty was able to re-route the lines to get our phones back up, which was an emergency. Liberty also handles the sale of phone systems. In the beginning of 2010, I purchased a new server for my office from Liberty. They provided a complete network assessment at no cost to me that let me know what issues was a problem and what I needed to do to fix the problems. The end result of the assessment led me to replacing my server that runs the network in my office. The provided me with a quote and explained everything in terms that I could understand.

Liberty has also built a new PC for my desk after they found a fatal problem with my old PC. Due to their diligence in finding this problem, I was never down due to emergency. When they came to install the new PC, they transferred all my data and programs and when I sat down to the PC, it was like nothing had every changed.

ATMS also uses Liberty Technical Solutions for the off-site backup. This is one of the services that definitely help me sleep at night. Should my office suffer from a catastrophic occurrence, in less than a day, they could have me back in business. This is peace of mind that cannot be replaced if you are a business owner.

Liberty has been able to sell to me and install my virus protector system for the entire network. They also provide me with remote support. If we have a problem on any of PC’s or the server, Liberty can come on to our computer and fix the problem remotely. This saves us a service call charge and gives us an immediate fix.

One of the things I like the most about Liberty is that I have a technician assigned to my account that always works with me. He has installed my server, knows each and everyone of our PC’s on an individual basis and is only a phone call or email away. Liberty promptly takes our calls or returns our calls or emails. I never have to worry that my office will be down for a long time.
